As a Senior Data Governance Analyst, you will support and mature Teranet's Data and AI Governance Program. Collaborate with stakeholders from various disciplines to develop policies, improve metadata management, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Your work will empower better business decisions and enhance data quality across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support governance forums and program metrics reporting

• Develop and operationalize data governance policies and standards

• Maintain and enhance metadata repositories and data catalogs

• Monitor data quality metrics and assist with remediation

• Facilitate cross-functional collaborations and decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

• Over 5 years of experience in data governance or related fields

• Proficiency with tools like SQL, Python, and Power BI

• Familiarity with metadata management and governance frameworks

• Strong communication skills to simplify complex topics
