In this permanent, full-time position, you will oversee AGCO’s enterprise data governance initiatives. This includes developing policies, frameworks, and processes to support effective data practices across the organization. Your collaboration with various stakeholders will ensure compliance with legislative and organizational standards while improving data quality and governance maturity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and delivery of data governance initiatives
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures
• Establish decision-making frameworks and governance bodies
• Conduct data governance maturity assessments and identify improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage governance risks
Requirements:
• Six years of experience in data governance or management
• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
• Extensive knowledge of data management policies
• Ability to build trusted relationships across teams
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
