• Listen to and understand our business partners’ needs.
• Analyze impacts, develop solutions, and integrate them effectively into the existing ecosystem.
• Test and implement robust solutions without compromising production stability or performance
• Ensure solutions are scalable, minimize technical debt, and align with established architectural principles.
• Contribute to the evolution of services and functional solutions within the business environment by actively participating in Murex deliveries and collaborating with all relevant stakeholders.
• Make decisions and recommendations that improve business partners’ processes and operational efficiency.
• Follow and contribute to the evolution of team processes with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Recommend and influence deployment strategies that account for production constraints and business processes.
• Actively contribute to developing the team’s skills and strengthening Murex expertise.
• Proactively identify and elevate risks and issues, along with appropriate mitigation plans and solutions.
• Raise, discuss, and validate technical or functional points with the Murex vendor when required.

• Industry-related bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience or industry-related master's degree and 5 years of experience
• In-depth knowledge of the Murex Front-to-Back platform
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets, including derivatives, and security cash products
• Strong expertise in trade booking, trade lifecycle management, and MxML is required.
• Experience with regulatory trade reporting requirements, including CFTC, CSA, and other relevant regulations, is a strong asset.
• SQL and UNIX knowledge
• Good understanding of Agile principles, practices, and methodologies.
• Ability and willingness to work in an environment that strongly promotes autonomy, ownership, and resourcefulness.
• Strong team-oriented mindset, with the motivation to contribute to a high-performing, dynamic, and collaborative team.
