Position: Cloud Engineering Leader at BMO

In this role, you will lead the charge in architecting robust Azure cloud solutions, driving cloud platform engineering and promoting a culture of automation. Actively engage with product owners and stakeholders, ensuring that technology solutions align with business needs. Your leadership will foster best practices and optimize processes across the cloud engineering team, supporting BMO’s innovative vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of secure, scalable Azure architecture

• Drive the implementation of cloud solutions from concept to production

• Create Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules using Terraform

• Innovate CI/CD pipeline strategies to optimize delivery

• Ensure compliance with governance and enterprise standards
Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience with enterprise Azure solutions

• Highly skilled in IaC development with Terraform

• Proven leadership in optimizing CI/CD processes

• Expertise in Azure security and IAM framework

• Proficient in programming languages like Python or Node.js
