We’re looking for a Platform Services Engineer to bring the B3 platform to life inside customer environments.

You’ll work hands-on with a wide variety of industrial data sources—databases, PLCs, OT systems, and real-time streams—activating high-volume, real-time operational data that fuels B3’s AI-powered manufacturing platform. Your role ensures these data pipelines are engineered for performance, reliability, and continuous health, turning raw industrial signals into actionable intelligence.

• Lead the technical integration of B3 into customer environments
• Connect B3 to databases, PLCs, OT networks, and industrial systems
• Build and maintain efficient, reliable, and scalable data pipelines
• Ensure all data connectivity is monitored, healthy, and secure
• Troubleshoot and resolve data, connectivity, and integration issues
• Support onboarding, expansions, and platform upgrades
• Improve observability, alerting, and operational tooling

• Strong understanding of databases and data flows (SQL required)
• Experience integrating systems in production environments
• Familiarity with PLCs, OT networks, and industrial data sources
• Experience supporting cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and an ownership mindset
• Ability to work hands-on in fast-moving, real-world environment
