Jade Global seeks an experienced Finance Consultant to tackle challenges in C2C implementations. This role centers on collaborative troubleshooting, system configuration, and operational support.
You'll work with finance partners to refine workflows, ensuring that billing and receivables processes run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve complex system errors and integration failures
• Maintain and enhance C2C business processes
• Execute testing for Workday's new features and patches
• Collaborate with Billing, Accounts Receivable, and IT teams
• Develop SOPs and provide user training for system adoption
Requirements:
• 3-8+ years supporting Workday Finance C2C modules
• Strong knowledge of billing lifecycle and revenue principles
• Expertise in auditing and troubleshooting financial processes
• Active Workday certification preferred
