Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (8+ years) to support cloud migration and payment hub modernization initiatives using Agile, Waterfall, APIs, ISO 20022, and enterprise payments platforms
Join a large enterprise payments portfolio supporting critical banking platforms across payment rails, fraud controls, commercial account ledger capabilities, and real-time payments. This role focuses on business and systems analysis activities tied to cloud migration and product upgrade initiatives for a Payment Hub application supporting multiple payment products and file formats. The position offers exposure to modernization initiatives, emerging payment technologies, and strategic payments roadmaps within a complex enterprise environment.
The contractor will work closely with business, product, operations, technology, and risk stakeholders across multiple payments initiatives.
Contract, Toronto, Onsite, work model to hybrid with 1/2 days onsite per week.

- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, integration, data, and non-functional requirements
- Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with business partners, Product Owners, SMEs, and stakeholders
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data flows, and traceability documentation
- Support solution design discussions aligned to business needs and technology standards
- Validate solution design documentation and assess impacts and dependencies
- Review vendor solutions against business requirements and technology standards
