• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Word Press plugin configuration including Yoast and Rank Math

• Support the assessment, enhancement, and optimization of enterprise search functionality across digital platforms
• Collaborate with business, communications, content, and technical teams to identify search-related challenges and recommend solutions
• Support modernization of the intranet search environment including Search Blox upgrades and optimization activities
• Analyze employee feedback, user behavior, and search analytics to improve content discoverability
• Assist with modernization initiatives for  by improving website search, navigation, and information architecture
• Conduct user research, usability reviews, and search performance analysis to identify barriers to information access
• Monitor search performance metrics and prepare reports, recommendations, and presentations for continuous improvement initiatives
