Monks in Toronto is seeking an IT Office Support Specialist to keep our local office running and support staff worldwide. You will be the in-office point of contact for hardware, software, and AV issues, manage user accounts, and help with onboarding and offboarding.
The role focuses on in-person support, asset management, and implementing new solutions, with knowledge of Mac, Windows, Google Workspace, Slack, and Fresh service.
