Position: AV Technician Role
Deliver outstanding AV support as an AV Support Technician in Toronto, ON for Russell Tobin's client. Focus on conference room technology in a dynamic, onsite contract role.

This position involves active troubleshooting and installation of AV systems, particularly Logitech and Neat Bar Pro products, for effective meetings and events. Candidates must bring 3-5 years of relevant experience and a collaborative mindset, ready to enhance user experiences in diverse settings. Technical troubleshooting and detailed knowledge of AV systems are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily AV functionality checks in conference rooms

• Engage with employees for supporting AV inquiries

• Install and configure room technology, including displays and cameras

• Provide assistance for live internal events and presentations

• Maintain accurate records of AV inventory and configurations

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years in AV and IT technical support

• Hands-on proficiency with Logitech and Neat Bar-Pro products

• Strong troubleshooting abilities in live meeting scenarios
