This onsite role requires an individual who excels in creating user flows, prototypes, and journey maps. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and the ability to conduct effective user research and usability testing are essential. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop user flows and journey maps for various projects
• Create wireframes and prototypes using Figma
• Implement user research and usability testing techniques
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams for workflow efficiency
• Present design concepts to stakeholders effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in relevant UX design
• Proficient in tools like Sketch and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Knowledge of Service Design frameworks is advantageous
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication
• Degree/diploma in UX, HCI, or related discipline
