Position: Solutions Engineer for Cloud Projects
Lead transformative tech initiatives as a Solutions Engineer, focusing on infrastructure challenges and client interactions in a mostly remote setup. Drive successful server migrations and cloud enhancements for optimal client performance.

Join our team in Toronto as a Solutions Engineer, bringing 3+ years of experience in server migration, cloud deployment, and network optimization. You will manage critical projects, ensuring seamless transitions and robust security measures.

Your role will require clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver trusted solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary technical contact for client accounts

• Deliver server migrations focusing on VMware ESXi and Windows Server

• Implement infrastructure upgrades, enhancing network performance

• Execute cloud projects for Office 365, optimizing client operations

• Oversee project delivery, ensuring client expectations are met

Requirements:

• 3+ years in client-facing IT roles, preferably in MSP

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory

• Experience with virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V)

• Knowledge of LAN/WAN and network security protocols

• Education in Computer Science or related fields
