• Sim Corp Dimension
  • Experience with the support and integration of investment/portfolio accounting and investment management systems
  • Knowledge of Batch/DFS (Data Format Set Ups)/DEX (Data Extract) configuration within the application
  • Experience with Static data set up and maintenance (security, pricing, model portfolio)
  • In depth knowledge of Performance, Treasury and Accounting modules
  • Experience with handling Corporate Action events
  • Understanding of full trade life cycle including settlements and custody holdings reconciliations
• IT Specific
  • Experience in supporting processes that are mission critical and time sensitive
  • Proactively identifies, tracks, manages and resolves technical issues identified through testing and day to day use of the supported platforms
  • Broader knowledge in various technologies:
    Oracle, Linux/Windows based scripting, IBM Data Stage, IBM Web Sphere MQ, Software AG web Methods.
  • Working experience with virtualized server monitoring tools such as WMware vSphere
  • Experience with application performance monitoring and tuning
  • Takes part in an on-call rotation for after hour support of end of day batch cycles
  • Ensures that the application is operating within service levels and partners with Technology Services to investigate and resolve SLA issues
  • Helps to define and collect metrics to give a sense of how application systems and databases are performing and proactively mitigates symptoms
