QA Analyst - INTL

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to support the testing and quality assurance of enterprise applications and digital solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying defects, validating business requirements, and collaborating closely with development and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

• 2+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Experience creating test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
• Hands-on experience with defect management and Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience validating data using SQL, Big Query (GBQ), or similar query tools.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based applications.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks such as Selenium and/or WebdriverIO.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale retail, eCommerce, order fulfillment, or SAP-based
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
