Test Automation Architect

Must have

Skills:

• Proven experience in End to End test automation using both UFT and Selenium
• Experience in developing automation framework using Selenium from scratch (must)
• Experience in Core Java and Java Scripting
• Experience in implementing enterprise test automation
• Expertise in test automation architecture, framework design & development and scripting
• Expertise in integrating test automation tools with test management tools (e.g. Selenium with HP ALM)
• Expertise in automation feasibility and ROI analysis
• Experience in defining test automation status reporting and metrics
• Hands on experience in database and SQL queries
• Good understanding of TEM and TDM
• Experience in automation tool selection
• Good understanding of SDLC (waterfall, agile and Dev Ops), STLC, test automation processes and quality metrics
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Industry

Experience:

• 10+ Years of experience in test automation, least 4+ years as test automation architect, 4+ Years in Selenium, 2+ Years in UFT, 3+ Years in Core Java
• Insurance Business Knowledge
