As a Data Governance Analyst at Matrix, you will support critical governance projects focused on data lineage, quality, and compliance in financial services. This senior role requires hands-on experience with the Collibra platform, along with a deep understanding of capital markets data and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement data governance and management processes

• Maintain definitions and documentation for business glossaries

• Track and document end-to-end data lineage for compliance

• Monitor and improve data quality metrics and reports

• Support collaborative data stewardship models

Requirements:

• 3–6+ years of relevant data governance experience

• Proficiency in configuring Collibra Data Governance Center

• Knowledge of capital markets data domains and compliance needs

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
