Critical skills include a strong command of Agile methodologies and tools like Confluence and Jira. You'll back Product Pod Owners, contributing to program planning and sprints effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and document requirements clearly

• Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders

• Contribute to achieving Sprint goals and velocity targets

• Learn client Scaled Agile Framework swiftly

• Assist with Program Increment Planning and reviews

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of relevant Business Analyst experience

• Strong communication skills to enlist stakeholder support

• Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and Agile practices

• Understanding of Credit Card architecture is advantageous

• Knowledge of TS2 is a beneficial asset
