CDW Canada is seeking an AV Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of Audio-Visual (AV) and Unified Communications (UC) projects across multiple civic sites within the Greater Toronto Area. Working closely with the AV Senior Lead, this role will play a vital part in coordinating technology deployments, ensuring site readiness, managing vendors, and supporting the rollout of modern collaboration solutions.

The AV Project Coordinator will be responsible for helping plan, coordinate, and execute audio-visual and unified communications initiatives across a diverse portfolio of public-sector facilities. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders, technology vendors, systems integrators, and site representatives to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously, and experience supporting technology deployment projects in dynamic environments.
You will assist with implementation planning, deployment logistics, site readiness assessments, and project documentation while ensuring a seamless technology adoption experience. - Coordinate AV and Unified Communications deployment projects across multiple civic locations
- Support the AV Senior Lead in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities
- Collaborate with vendors, system integrators, and internal stakeholders throughout project life cycles
- Assist with site readiness assessments and deployment preparation activities
- Coordinate installation schedules, equipment deliveries, and project logistics
- Monitor project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and status updates
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, site representatives, and project stakeholders
- Support technology rollout initiatives, user transition activities, and implementation planning
- Ensure project activities align with organizational standards, timelines, and operational requirements
- Experience supporting Audio-Visual (AV) and Unified Communications (UC) deployment projects
- Knowledge of meeting room technologies, collaboration platforms, and workplace communication solutions
- Experience coordinating technology rollouts, implementations, or infrastructure deployment projects
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate external integrators
- Experience conducting or supporting site readiness activities and deployment planning
- Strong project coordination, scheduling, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in project documentation, reporting, and project tracking tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid ability to travel between multiple GTA sites as required
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, or similar collaboration platforms
- Familiarity with AV hardware, digital conferencing systems, and room control technologies
- Exposure to public sector, municipal, or civic technology environments
- Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
- CAPM, PMP, or related project management certification
Demonstrate your involvement in end-to-end AV or UC deployment projects by highlighting the scale of installations, the number of sites supported, vendor coordination responsibilities, and any measurable project outcomes such as successful rollouts, timeline achievements, or stakeholder satisfaction improvements.
