Tech Lead GenAI

Position: Tech Lead for GenAI at Numerator
Shape the future of market research as a Tech Lead Manager in Numerator’s Machine Learning team. Balance team leadership with hands-on GenAI system development.

In this role, you'll manage a small team of ML engineers while writing code and designing innovative GenAI solutions. Your impact will be significant as you help the team automate complex tasks and address various NLP challenges. Your leadership will ensure alignment with the company’s technical roadmap and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations and career development for team members

• Engage in system design and coding for GenAI

• Automate high-complexity tasks using advanced LLM techniques

• Produce solutions for varied NLP applications

• Collaborate intensively with PMs and other engineering teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in management within tech roles

• At least 4 years of experience in machine learning

• Strong fundamentals in GenAI and technical decision-making

• Proven track record in assessing data effectively

• Solid programming skills in Python and software practices
