Technology Compliance Manager

Position: Technology Compliance Manager Role
Drive comprehensive technology audits as a Technology Audit and Compliance Manager ilitate key compliance efforts across various technology domains while supporting audit teams effectively.

This critical position within the Products & Technology organization reports to the Director of Operations. You'll ensure audits run smoothly by coordinating responses to audit findings and managing relationships with technology stakeholders. Your goal is to strengthen compliance frameworks and audit readiness across QMSE, ITSM, ISP, and WTC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage communication between internal and external auditors

• Coordinate and optimize audit evidence collection

• Lead preparation of management responses to audits

• Track remediation/actions and verify closure

• Educate staff on regulatory and policy requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or relevant field

• Preferred certifications like CISA or ISO 27001

• Expertise in technology audit and control management

• Familiarity with relevant audit environments

• Strong organizational and project management skills
