The Opportunity:We’re looking to fill an opening for a Systems Access Administrator to join our Information Technology team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technology Support Services, the Systems Access Administrator is responsible for providing access to our Broadridge/Dataphile system to our external partners and Aviso employees. The Systems Access Administrator will provide prompt and efficient service to our partners and internal staff.

- Provision, modify, and revoke user access across enterprise systems, applications, and platforms based on approved requests
- Administer user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access controls (RBAC) across systems and applications
- Maintain and enforce access management policies, standards, and procedures
- Support periodic user access reviews and attestations (privileged and non-privileged access)
- Monitor and audit access logs and user activity to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and evidence for access requests and approvals
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to ensure timely and accurate access changes
- Manage escalations for high-priority or high-profile access requests
- Meet defined SLAs and operational KPIs for access fulfillment
- Troubleshoot access-related issues and provide support to end-users
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IAM processes, workflows, and documentation
- Assist in the implementation of automation and self-service capabilities for access requests
- Document processes and maintain access control documentation
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in identity and access management (IAM)
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in computer science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in system access administration, IAM, or IT operations
- Experience supporting access management in a regulated or enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of RBAC, least privilege, and segregation of duties principles
- Familiarity with Active Directory / Azure AD / LDAP (user and group management)
- Experience with IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Cyber Ark, Okta, Entra )
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA)
- Experience supporting high-profile or business-critical applications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Broadridge/Dataphile required
- Experience of supporting key client accounts
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Fluency (written and spoken) in English is required and bilingual skills in French are an asset
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Now is preferred
