Lead the strategic direction for IT Risk Reporting with RBC in Toronto. This role emphasizes governance, stakeholder collaboration, and development of actionable insights for Operational and IT Risk.
As the Director of IT Risk Reporting, you will spearhead the design and development of domain-level reports for effective risk management. Leading a dedicated team, you'll ensure the accuracy of Operational and IT Risk profiles while establishing strong governance protocols. This position requires engaging with multiple stakeholders to drive consistency and transparency across all reporting metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set strategic direction for IT Risk reporting initiatives
• Lead a team to develop accurate risk profiles
• Establish governance and signoff procedures for reports
• Engage stakeholders for collaboration on metrics
• Identify and investigate emerging risks for insights
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent & professional designations
• Strong IT Risk management experience required
• Exceptional attention to detail is essential
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage under pressure and deadlines
Excel in risk management, data insights, and stakeholder engagement to drive RBC's IT Risk Reporting efforts.
