In this role, you will define and guide the strategic direction of Agile tooling, focusing on maximizing productivity through Jira and Confluence. You'll be instrumental in providing best practices and establishing usage standards while communicating effectively with enterprise stakeholders. Your experience in coding and customizing systems will be vital to delivering comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on Agile tooling best practices
• Develop advanced JIRA metrics and customized reports
• Coach delivery teams on productive tool usage
• Build and facilitate training for Jira and Confluence
• Implement custom solutions with scripting and APIs
Requirements:
• Significant experience with Atlassian product suite
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Data Center versions of Jira
• Knowledge in managing software tool implementations
• Ability to navigate a rapidly changing environment
Lead successful Agile tool implementations with TCS’s innovative team.
