Job Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Data Analyst to help analyze and manage data within Salesforce. This role focuses on ensuring data quality, creating reports, and providing insights that drive decision-making within the sales and marketing teams.
Role & Responsibilities- Manage and analyze data within Salesforce to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Design and create reports and dashboards for key business metrics.
- Work with stakeholders to identify data needs and generate actionable insights.
- Monitor data quality and clean up any discrepancies in the system.
- Provide training on data governance and best practices.
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce data management.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data management tools like Data Loader.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
