CX Intelligence Analyst at Manulife

As a key member of the CX Intelligence team, you will support actionable customer insights through advanced data analysis. This role requires expertise in Voice of Customer analytics and survey operations, generating insights from multiple data sources like Medallia and SQL. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape customer experience initiatives across products and channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer feedback and operational data using VOICE Power BI

• Synthesize insights into actionable reports and presentations

• Validate customer and operational datasets using SQL techniques

• Partner with teams for survey governance and reporting enhancements

• Identify trends and prioritize opportunities to improve customer journeys

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

• 3+ years in customer experience or data analytics

• Proficient in SQL and related data tools

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Experience in customer feedback analysis and reporting
