Scrum Master - Agile Management at Moneris

Drive Agile initiatives as a Senior Scrum Master at Moneris located in Toronto. Support teams in achieving delivery goals and enhancing Agile practices within a flexible work environment.

Reporting to the Manager, Scrum, you will lead 2–3 Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies and promoting delivery efficiency.

Your role includes coaching on product mindset, resolving impediments, and aligning team objectives with company goals. Promote sustainable delivery through insights gained from data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Scrum processes for multiple Agile teams

• Address root causes of systemic impediments

• Coach teams on dependencies and priority setting

• Manage sprint integrity through scope control

• Advocate for effective Agile methodologies

Requirements:

• Must hold a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification

• 4+ years of experience in Agile leadership roles

• Experienced within large enterprise Agile settings

• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Miro tools

• Understanding of product delivery life cycles
