Position: Program Coordinator, Analytics & Enablement, Future of Work & BMO Academy Experience

Role Overview

Supports the delivery of Future of Work, Skills, Career Development, BMO Academy, and People Ecosystem Modernization (PEM) initiatives through analytics, reporting, communications, program coordination, and operational support. Partners with team members and stakeholders to support the successful execution, measurement, and continuous improvement of key programs and initiatives.

Key Accountabilities Reporting & Analytics (40%)
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations to support workforce and talent decisions.
  • Gather, validate, analyze, and format data for regular and ad hoc reporting.
  • Support measurement and reporting of skills-based talent, career development, learning, and workforce transformation initiatives.
  • Identify data quality issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
  • Apply data governance standards and quality controls to improve consistency, accuracy, and usability of workforce and skills-related data.
  • Translate information into clear visualizations and actionable insights for leaders and stakeholders.
Communications & Program Coordination (35%)
  • Develop presentations, briefing materials, updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support planning, tracking, and coordination of Future of Work and skills-related initiatives.
  • Maintain project plans, milestone tracking, action items, and status updates.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-up actions, and partner deliverables.
  • Support Viva Engage campaigns, community activities, engagement tracking, and events.
  • Assist with stakeholder engagement and change enablement activities.
Enablement & Operations (15%)
  • Maintain SharePoint sites, resource repositories, self-service content, and digital assets.
  • Respond to analytics, reporting, and information requests from partners.
  • Support administration of reporting assets, resource inventories, distribution lists, and access management.
  • Organize and maintain program documentation and operational materials.
Governance & Administrative Support (10%)
  • Support skills governance activities through documentation, reporting, and record maintenance.
  • Assist with tracking requests, feedback, enhancement opportunities, and operational activities.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.
Qualifications Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education, co-op, internship, and relevant work experience, in analytics, reporting, program coordination, communications, operations, HR support, or related fields.
  • Experience working with data sets, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, Excel, or similar reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting projects, programs, or operational processes in a corporate environment.
  • Experience preparing presentations, communications, and business materials for a variety of audiences.
  • Experience maintaining digital content, SharePoint sites, resource repositories, or knowledge-management platforms.
  • Experience supporting workforce, learning, talent, skills, or HR-related initiatives is an asset.
  • Experience with Viva Engage administration, community management, or engagement reporting is an asset.
  • Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support analysis, reporting, content development, or productivity is an asset.
