Analytics and Program Coordinator

Position: Analytics and Program Coordinator at BMO
Drive key initiatives in analytics and program coordination with BMO. This role focuses on supporting skills, career development, and data-driven decision-making through Power BI and efficient program management.

As an Analytics and Program Coordinator, you will help execute and measure BMO's Future of Work and skills initiatives. Your experience in analytics, program coordination, and communication will enable you to transform data into actionable insights for stakeholders. Alongside managing projects, you’ll develop reports and visualizations that support workforce decisions while maintaining clear communication among partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Power BI dashboards for workforce analytics

• Coordinate Future of Work-related initiatives and communications

• Maintain project plans and track milestones

• Support digital content management on Share Point

• Provide administrative support for talent development activities

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in analytics, program coordination, or HR support

• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization

• Experience managing digital content and project documentation

• Background in workforce or HR initiatives is a plus

• French speaker preferred for stakeholder engagement
