In this senior level role, you will lead the architecture, design, and delivery of Service Now solutions tailored for clients. Your focus on Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management will help improve visibility and compliance while driving operational efficiencies. You will serve as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into effective Service Now strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architecture for HAM and SAM initiatives

• Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions

• Define and document technical designs and solution specifications

• Provide governance on asset lifecycle processes

• Identify risk and deliver actionable insights for clients

Requirements:

• 8–12 years in IT services or solution delivery

• 4+ years of hands-on Service Now platform experience

• Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management processes

• Familiarity with integration technologies and compliance

• Experience with Service Now CMDB and ITOM capabilities
