Job Summary
As a Senior Associate in Enterprise Technology Risk Solutions, you will assist clients in developing analytics and technology solutions that detect, monitor, and predict risk. You will focus on establishing controls, processes, and structures to ensure accurate information is provided to third parties.
Responsibilities- Work on large‑scale technology transformation projects, primarily ERP transformations (Workday, Oracle, SAP).
- Provide risk advisory services in key technology areas, including risk identification, control integration, and IT/business process controls audit in the context of ERP implementations.
- Support implementation through project management, governance, and risk assurance over large transformation initiatives.
- Design and implement ERP application security and controls, including ERP GRC technologies.
- Perform reviews and assessments of IT risks and design controls for internal and external audit and advisory engagements in areas such as cloud security, IT projects, system implementations, IT governance, data governance, and access management.
- Lead engagement teams in dynamic and cross‑functional, multinational projects.
- Experience with controls integration, security design, and GRC integration for one or more large ERP solutions (Workday, SAP S/4 HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle).
- Experience with emerging technologies (e.g., artificial intelligence).
- Knowledge of external and internal IT audits, data conversions, and audited controls under CPA Canada section 5970 (CSAE
3416) and SSAE
16, SOX/NI52‑109 programs. - Consulting, assurance, or industry experience in risk management, IT, cyber security, finance, or project management.
- Ability to obtain Government of Canada Security Clearance (Level2 is an asset).
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, PMP, CRISC, CISM, CISA) and ERP vendor certifications (Workday, Oracle, D365, SAP, Success Factors, Ariba, SAP GRC) are assets.
- Strong leadership and project management skills; ability to develop business opportunities and relationships.
- Proficiency in business development activities, proposal development, and opportunity identification.
Salary range: $65,600 - $109,300 (based on location and experience). Eligible for variable incentive pay programs.
