Cloud Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Cloud Systems Analyst to support cloud infrastructure and end-user computing initiatives for a hospitality-focused environment in Toronto, Ontario. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who combines strong cloud platform knowledge with hands-on experience in endpoint management, automation, identity services, and secure system operations. The successful candidate will help maintain scalable cloud-based services, improve operational processes, and contribute to stable day-to-day platform performance.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor cloud-based services and endpoint environments to identify performance issues, track system health, and support timely incident response.

• Manage and support cloud-hosted desktop and endpoint environments to ensure reliable availability, efficient resource utilization, and consistent operational performance.

• Create and maintain automation workflows using Power Shell and Microsoft platform technologies to streamline provisioning, configuration, and ongoing operational support.

• Support endpoint lifecycle management activities including provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, patching, software deployment, and compliance management.

• Coordinate deployment activities across cloud-based environments while helping reduce service interruptions and improve service reliability.

• Maintain accurate configuration management practices to support consistency, traceability, and controlled technology changes.

• Work with security-focused standards and technical controls to help protect endpoints, cloud services, identity platforms, and operational assets.

• Use Atlassian Jira to document tasks, track technical issues, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Support cloud platform improvements and assist with infrastructure, endpoint, and identity-related changes across Microsoft and cloud-based technologies.
