The Digital Platform Modernization (DPM)/Distributed Computing Service (DCS) Delivery team within the organization's Chief Technology Office (CTO) is looking for an individual who can perform and lead teams as a Scrum Master/Senior Project Manager.
In this role the individual will support projects and BAU work for various platforms supporting infrastructure and Cloud services. This work supports our Cloud-first strategy and will introduce new tools and features to more effectively deliver solutions supporting enterprise business goals.

What will you do?
· Plan, execute, manage, and report on technology solutions that are high-quality, innovative, efficient, and compliant.
· Act as a servant leader to establish, coach, and mature agile practices across teams. Support high-performing teams and foster a culture of agility and continuous improvement.
· Guide teams in agile methodologies, remove obstacles, and ensure consistent velocity, predictability, and flow of work.
· Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members. Encourage continuous learning and ensure alignment with project goals.
· Strengthen connections within the team, with release train engineers, and across supporting teams to deliver business value.
· Monitor and improve team goals, quality, and productivity metrics. Provide timely feedback to team members and stakeholders.
· Oversee governance, reporting, and monitoring activities as defined by the delivery framework. Keep all parties informed and aligned with project progress and goals.
· Lead Quarterly Increment Planning sessions, contribute to budgeting and forecasting, and help break down committed work for execution.
· Consult on standardization and optimization of tools such as JIRA, Service Now, Agile Place, and Planview.
· Contribute to effective use of Planview for portfolio and resource management.
· Track and report on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Must Have Skills
1) 5 to 10 years of progressive experience as a Scrum Master / Project Manager working in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall environments
2) 5 to 7 years of experience with implementing medium to large range of technology/business projects; including core infrastructure
3) Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe certified
4) Certified Project Management professional designation (PMP) ideal
