Role: Dev Ops Support

We are seeking a Full Time Dev Ops Support professional to support application deployments, production environments, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and platform reliability

• Support application deployments, releases, hotfixes, and production implementations
• Monitor application, server, and infrastructure health
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis to reduce MTTR
• Automate operational tasks, validation checks, and routine support activities
• Provide Dev Tools and CI/CD pipeline support to development and operations teams
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and release management teams
• Maintain operational documentation, knowledge repositories, and onboarding materials
• Support monitoring, patching, certificate renewals, and platform maintenance
• Troubleshoot cloud virtual machines across Open Stack, Cloudify, AWS, Azure, Bluemix, and Google Cloud
• Support development, test, and production environments
• Develop and debug cloud infrastructure provisioning automation
• Deliver changes across development, test, and production environments
• Drive reliability, automation, and operational excellence initiatives

• Strong Dev Ops and production support experience
• Hands-on CI/CD pipeline and deployment experience
• Cloud infrastructure knowledge with AWS and Azure
• Experience with Open Stack and Cloudify is an advantage
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, Power Shell, and YAML
• Understanding of Azure cloud services and infrastructure
• Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and automation
