Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Azure Kubernetes Analyst to support, manage, and optimize enterprise Kubernetes environments running on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), container platforms, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters in enterprise environments.

• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads and applications.

• Monitor cluster health, performance, availability, and resource utilization.

• Manage Kubernetes deployments, pods, services, namespaces, ingress, and configurations.

• Troubleshoot application, networking, storage, and cluster-related issues.

• Work with Azure services including networking, storage, identity, monitoring, and security.

• Support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
  .

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Kubernetes-based deployments.

• Automate operational tasks using scripting and Infrastructure as Code where applicable.

• Implement security, access controls, secrets management, and best practices for AKS.

• Collaborate with Dev Ops, Cloud, Application, Security, and Infrastructure teams.

• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and production support.

• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ Years of overall experience in IT/Software development.

• 4+ years of experience in Cloud, Kubernetes, Dev Ops, or Platform Engineering
  .

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

• Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture and administration
  .

• Experience with Docker and containerized applications.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes objects including Pods, Deployments, Services, Config Maps, Secrets, Ingress, and Namespaces.

• Experience with Azure networking, identity, storage, and monitoring.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Linux/Unix environments.

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and Dev Ops practices.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Willingness to work onsite in Toronto, ON

Preferred Skills

• Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, or AZ-400
  .

• Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.

• Experience with Helm and Kubernetes package management.

• Knowledge of Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.

• Experience with Git, Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, or Git Hub Actions.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes security and enterprise governance.
