In this senior role, you will play a crucial part in driving complex initiatives, ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholders. Your strong background in agile methodologies will enable you to manage risks, dependencies, and deliverables effectively while promoting continual team improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large scale initiatives and agile delivery processes

• Manage integrated program roadmaps and milestones

• Synchronize application releases with executive-level reporting

• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and project leads

• Promote a culture of agility and performance tracking
Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as an agile leader

• Expertise in SAFe and agile methodologies

• Capability to handle multiple initiatives and risks

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience in financial services or similar sectors preferred
