Position: Spin Master PMO Manager for IT Portfolio
Join Spin Master as a PMO Manager focusing on operational governance for its IT portfolio in the vibrant children's toy and digital entertainment sector. Engage in financial tracking and enhance project management practices.

You will report to the Director of PMO and oversee the governance of Spin Master’s global IT initiatives. This role emphasizes portfolio management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while facilitating effective stakeholder communication throughout the PMO lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage portfolio governance processes and project lifecycle stages

• Supervise financial management and reporting for IT projects

• Develop comprehensive project health reports for executives

• Ensure Jira and Confluence are effectively utilized across PMO

• Enhance PMO documentation standards and processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in portfolio governance

• Degree in a related field such as Finance or Project Management

• Proven experience in a large corporate IT environment

• Certifications like PMP, CAPM, or Agile beneficial

• Insight into consumer products and digital entertainment desirable
