Position: Senior Data Analyst at Northeastern University

You will work under the Data Quality & Research Administration Analytics Manager, leading projects that involve data collection, modeling, and reporting. Required skills include experience with SQL, Tableau, data visualization, predictive analytics, and strong communication. This position emphasizes collaboration on data submission reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data to support strategic decisions

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards using Tableau

• Evaluate impacts of backend changes to eRA systems

• Identify and implement process improvements for data accuracy

• Conduct ad hoc research for special projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, statistics or related field

• 3+ years experience with SQL and data visualization tools

• Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Cognos

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
