• Monitor and manage production systems operations alerts

• Execute and oversee scheduled and specially scheduled production processes

• Provide operational support and escalate issues as needed

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in System Operations/NOC experience

• Advanced skills in Unix and Service Now

• Proficient in CA Auto Sys or equivalent

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving abilities
