As a Senior BI Developer, you will spearhead the migration of Tableau dashboards to Power BI, ensuring the high standards of data models and DAX measures.
Your role involves significant stakeholder interaction, technical guiding of teams, and executing best practices throughout the project. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity that focuses on performance tuning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Tableau to Power BI asset migrations
• Define migration strategies and standards for best practices
• Develop data models and DAX measures in Power BI
• Collaborate with stakeholders for business alignment
• Mentor and conduct code reviews for BI developers
Requirements:
• 5+ years' experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics
• Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI tools
• Solid SQL background with relational databases
• Exposure to Azure data services and performance tuning
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
