Position: Data Migration Testing Manager Role
Drive testing excellence in data migration at FNZ as a Data Migration Testing Manager. Be integral in transitioning a major Canadian bank to the new FNZ platform.

In this role, your responsibilities include formulating the Data Migration Test Strategy aligned with the overall program for a large-scale financial transformation. Collaborate with various stakeholders to oversee data validation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Your extensive knowledge of ETL processes and strong communication skills will be key assets in navigating this challenging project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end migration testing strategies

• Partner with teams for data mapping and transformation rules

• Define and manage data integrity testing processes

• Lead defect management and resolution efforts

• Provide timely updates and metrics to senior leadership

Requirements:

• Proven experience in testing within financial services

• Strong understanding of data flows and ETL tooling

• Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence

• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager Certification preferred

• Highly self-motivated with strong team collaboration skills
