Digital Project Manager at UHN

Join UHN’s Digital PMO team as a Project Manager at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. This temporary full-time position focuses on enhancing digital health initiatives through effective project management and strategic collaboration.

In this role, you will oversee the implementation of sophisticated projects within UHN’s Epic Health Information System, focusing on improving surgical data quality and interoperability solutions. You should possess a strong background in healthcare IT projects and change management practices to ensure the delivery of impactful digital solutions that enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans with stakeholders

• Ensure proper management of project budgets and documentation

• Report progress to executive-level stakeholders

• Foster effective communication throughout project life cycles

• Lead and mentor project teams towards success

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of project management experience

• Degree in Health Informatics or related field required

• Excellent analytical and customer service skills

• Familiarity with Epic and healthcare systems advantageous

• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is required
