Senior Analytics Manager

Position: Senior Analytics Manager at RBC
Drive AI and analytics strategies at RBC as a Senior Manager. Utilize advanced data analytics to influence executive decisions within Personal Banking and Investments.

This managerial role involves leading the AI Transformation program and developing performance management metrics that align with strategic goals. You will undertake end-to-end analytics processes, extracting actionable insights through collaboration with cross-functional teams. Expect to generate compelling narratives that engage senior leadership and help monitor key performance indicators effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion design and delivery of performance management metrics

• Lead comprehensive analytics and executive storytelling efforts

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance drivers

• Manage PBI's performance measurement processes and OKRs

• Establish and improve analytics and KPI tracking routines

Requirements:

• 5+ years in financial services or enterprise analytics

• Expertise in SQL and/or Python for technical analysis

• Exceptional communication for data-driven narratives

• Strategic mindset to address ambiguous business problems

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field
