In the role of Lead User Experience Designer, you will lead vital UX design initiatives for the Common Compliance Management Platform across Ontario’s ministries. Your focus will be on user research, stakeholder engagement, and design validation, contributing to a more streamlined, digital service experience. Apply your deep knowledge of human-centered design and best practices to create wireframes and prototypes that enhance user interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive user research and stakeholder workshops
• Design intuitive, user-centered experiences that adhere to accessibility standards
• Collaborate with product teams to align business and user goals
• Develop UX strategies and performance measures for digital services
• Ensure successful UX design through continuous improvement efforts
Requirements:
• 5+ years leading UX research and design
• Proficient in creating design artifacts like personas and wireframes
• Hands-on experience with Azure Dev Ops
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Commitment to applying AODA and WCAG requirements
