Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance client understanding of Microsoft 365 and productivity tools

• Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops for clients

• Identify and recommend Copilot and agent use cases

• Develop roadmaps and governance recommendations

• Support AI-driven solution design using Microsoft technologies

Requirements:

• 3+ years in consulting or Microsoft technology

• Expertise in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools

• Strong skills in facilitating client engagements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
