IT Support Engineer

Position: Contract IT Support Engineer Role
Pursue a contract position as a Tier II IT Support Engineer with DAG Tech in Toronto, focusing on front-line support and technology problem resolution. Engage directly with users while working on diverse IT solutions and maintaining high support standards.

As part of your responsibilities, you'll be actively involved in troubleshooting various devices and systems, from desktops to cloud services. Your ability to provide exemplary customer service will be crucial as you assist with user onboarding and documentation of solutions.

This role offers exposure to various technologies, enhancing your skill set in the tech field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver efficient end-user technical support

• Troubleshoot hardware, network, and cloud service issues

• Facilitate onboarding and account setup for users

• Build accurate technical documentation for IT solutions

• Resolve helpdesk issues across all supported devices

Requirements:

• Proficient in desktop and mobile operating systems

• Experience with cloud services like Microsoft 365

• Superior communication and technical writing skills

• Ability to multi-task and apply sound judgment

• On-site availability for 10–40 hours weekly in Toronto
