Join Arctiq as a NOC Technician, specializing in Cisco systems to ensure optimal network performance and reliability. This hands-on role involves proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of infrastructure.
As a part of the Network Operations Center, you will address critical network issues using your strong analytical and technical skills. This position requires you to monitor systems for outages, implement optimal solutions, and work directly with clients to enhance their experience.
Your role is key in maintaining service uptime and developing operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor performance issues and network services in real-time
• Respond to incidents and escalate when necessary
• Investigate service disruptions with diagnostic tools
• Collaborate for automation and performance strategies
• Maintain precise documentation of incidents and resolutions
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in a technical support or network operations role
• Cisco ISE experience in operational monitoring
• Proven knowledge of network fundamentals and protocols
• Competence with monitoring software tools
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
