Position: QA Accessibility Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accessibility testing to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.x, AODA, and other accessibility standards.
• Use tools such as AXE, JAWS, NVDA, Voice Over, WAVE, and similar for accessibility validation.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to identify, document, and remediate accessibility issues.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Define and maintain accessibility acceptance criteria for user stories.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and maintain defect logs in JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, or QTest.
• Conduct requirement analysis and provide feedback on accessibility gaps during story grooming.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure timely resolution of accessibility defects and track progress throughout sprints.
• Contribute to accessibility best practices, guidelines, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
