Askuity, a retail analytics provider under The Home Depot, is hiring a hands-on Scrum Master. In this key role, you will facilitate scrum ceremonies, support teams in achieving their goals, and act as the primary liaison for stakeholders. Your focus on performance metrics and team engagement will be essential to driving results within the Agile framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead scrum meetings, ensuring effective collaboration

• Identify and resolve impediments for smooth progress

• Manage project timelines and delivery milestones

• Report on progress and key performance metrics

• Assist in backlog management and team communication
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience

• 1-3 years as a Certified Scrum Master

• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Agile practices

• Leadership or project management experience preferred

• Exposure to the retail industry is advantageous
