You will be responsible for fulfilling essential service commitments within a high-availability Data Centre. This senior position involves working closely with technical teams to maintain infrastructure, resolve incidents, and document processes for system enhancements. Your knowledge of various operating systems will guide infrastructure evolution and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfill service commitments for Data Centre uptime

• Lead technical teams in resolving infrastructure incidents

• Support and maintain IT hardware effectively

• Create documentation for Change Requests and incidents

• Evaluate and enhance server and network configurations
Requirements:

• Proficient in building virtual servers and VMware

• Knowledgeable in networking hardware setup and maintenance

• Experience in managing Tier IV and II Data Centre protocols

• Capable of leading problem-solving initiatives

• Strong organizational and documentation skills
