Lead the Agile coaching journey as a Senior Agile Delivery Coach in a hybrid role. Empower teams to embrace a product-outcome mindset through structured mentoring and facilitation.
This contract role situated in Toronto focuses on advancing team dynamics and flow optimization for engineering squads. You’ll leverage data fluency to identify and eliminate delivery challenges while guiding product owners on best practices in prioritization and backlog management. Essential skills include systems thinking and a robust understanding of Agile metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach teams on Agile methodologies and strategies
• Facilitate core Agile events to maximize engagement
• Assess systematic issues using key performance metrics
• Guide product owners on effective user story creation
• Cultivate a culture of psychological safety
Requirements:
• 4–8+ years in delivery roles with solid coaching experience
• Understanding of Agile frameworks and tools required
• Capability in utilizing Jira/Azure for reporting
• Preferred certifications include PSM/CSM
• Experience with scaling frameworks is advantageous
